The Terms and Conditions listed below have been drafted by TUUINX to facilitate users of the website, in a permanent, easy and free way, clear, understandable, unequivocal and truthful information on the conditions that regulate the sale of our products through our website. These Conditions will remain available to all users in the "Terms and Conditions" section where they can consult and print them whenever they wish.

To make purchases through our website, it is necessary for the user to read and expressly accept these General Purchase Conditions through the box enabled for this purpose when registering or when making the purchase as a guest, in such a way that it will not be possible to finalize the purchase process or place orders without your prior acceptance.

Users are informed that the person responsible for the sales offers made on the website es:

You can only make purchases on our website los over 18 years of age or those under such age who are emancipated in accordance with the requirements established by the Civil Code. In accordance with this, the user declares that he is over 18 years of age or an emancipated minor and that, therefore, he has the necessary legal capacity to contract so that he can make purchases through our website by himself. If a minor wants to buy an item, their parents or legal representatives must do so or, at least, have their authorization. TUUINX does not assume any responsibility for purchases made by minors in breach of the requirements of this paragraph.

There are two ways to make a purchase, one is as a registered user and the other as a guest. In the first case, it will be necessary to fill in a form with the user's personal data that will allow you to modify your data to keep it updated, manage your purchases, track shipments and enjoy promotions and special offers. Before completing the registration, the user must necessarily accept these conditions of use in such a way that otherwise, the process will not have been completed and, therefore, they will not be able to acquire the status of registered user with the advantages that this entails. Once the registration is complete, you will be able to access the private area as many times as you wish, having to enter your personal username and password.

For their part, the guest will not have the obligation to register but they will have to provide us with their personal data necessary to make the shipment and, where appropriate, billing.

In both cases, the purchase process is very simple, since the user only has to select the product/s that he wishes to buy, the number of articles and add them "To the basket". When selecting each product, the detailed information about it:

  • Product characteristics,

  • price

  • the corresponding taxes included

  • shipping costs

If the client has a promotional code or an online voucher to benefit from the applicable conditions and discounts indicated therein, they must include it at this time.

To finalize the purchase, the customer must click on "Place order". If you were a user who had previously registered, you must identify and authenticate yourself, using your username (email address) and password.

Subsequently, you must verify your information, except if you act as a guest, in which case they will be those that you provide in the form provided for this purpose, in case you wish to indicate different shipping and billing addresses, review the order and finally click on "Pay" to pay the purchase by credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard and Amex) or by Paypal.

Any expense originated by the selected means of payment will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All payments made by credit or debit card are made through the secure payment gateway of the financial institution, which encrypts the card data. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, TUUINX uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity.

For payment with Visa and MasterCard cards, TUUINX has introduced the SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) service with the international 3D Secure protocol distinguished by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode emblems. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that it authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

As a complementary measure to the "Secure Payment" system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud over the Internet, TUUINX reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client and adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.

Once the payment has been validated, a sales contract is established between the user and TUUINX with these conditions.

The only languages in which purchases can be formalized will be in Spanish.

Once the purchase process is finished, it will be confirmed through the "Order Placed" email sent to the buyer, which will also contain a description of the product with its characteristics, price, taxes and shipping costs, as well as the delivery time in the terms described in section 6 of these General Conditions.

The non-receipt of this message may be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or a typing error in the e-mail address communicated. In both cases, it is advisable that you contact us through the email address at

Subsequently, once the appropriate checks have been made, an email will be sent confirming the shipment or denying it if there are no stocks of any of the items included in the order.

In the "My account" section, the user will have at their disposal the receipt of each purchase made.

For any questions, the user can send us an email to
